RIVERWORKS ADVENTURE CONTINUES WITH COMPLETION OF ZIP LINES
Buffalo, NY, December 26, 2017 – Zip a Dee Doo Dah… Finally after many years of planning and construction, the long awaited Zip Line Course at Buffalo Riverworks is finally complete. Unfortunately mother nature has other plans this time of year. Director of Adventure-Matt Prime indicated that we will be beginning limited rides (weather permitting) by appointment only. Slated to open back in June of 2017, many set backs were encountered which delayed the opening during the most ideal weather conditions.
Riders will begin by going up 115 feet of stairs in the iconic Labatt Blue Six-Pack and then embark the zig zag runs over the silo ruins & a terrifying rope bridge before the final decent onto the Riverfront Patio. This adventure element is the latest component of the grand vision of Buffalo Riverworks. This is sure to be the most adventurous thing happening Downtown Buffalo and we anticipate hundreds of riders per day by the summer of 2018.
Let us know if you dare to attempt of would just like a little more information. We would be happy to give a tour. Interested riders can contact our Sports Office at 716.342.2292 (option 2) or email us at MPrime@BuffaloRiverworks.com.
