Parking is available in the main lot at Buffalo RiverWorks. Rates vary depending on the event. Arriving early is always a good idea.

Buffalo RiverWorks is primarily a General Admission, standing-room venue. Limited seating is available but not all seats have a direct view of the stage. ADA seating is first-come, first-served. Contact the box office in advance for accommodations.

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors per New York State law. A designated outdoor smoking area is at the rear of the building.

Photography and recording policies are set by the performing artist and vary per show. Check with venue staff on the night of the event for specific rules.

An on-site ATM is available and coat check is offered for most events. Music typically begins about one hour after doors open.
