A bar party, not a banquet

Large party packages take place in The Ward, our public restaurant. It is a casual option with the feel of a bar event rather than a private room, which is what makes it work for a crowd that wants to be in the middle of everything.

Spaces are in high demand and fill up quickly, so the sooner you send your date the better.

Before you book

The short version of everything guests ask us.

How far ahead do I need to order food?
Large food packages must be ordered at least 48 hours in advance. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
Where exactly will my group sit?
Your section is near the Main Bar or the Jamezone Bar. Specific locations are decided on the day of the event, because large party spaces are in high demand and fill up quickly.
Can I bring decorations?
Tabletop displays only. For the sake of facility maintenance and turnover, tape and adhesives are not allowed, and neither are banners, glitter or confetti. Any failure to comply with these restrictions, including debris left behind, will result in an additional cleaning surcharge.
What is not included in the price?
Package prices do not include tax or the 18% gratuity. Upgrades are only available with the purchase of a package.
We are coming from out of town. Where do we stay?
There is a discounted block of rooms at a hotel near RiverWorks. Book a room nearby.
