Text messages from Buffalo RiverWorks
We send you a text message only if you ask us for one while you are on a phone call with us. During the call we tell you what we are about to send, that message and data rates may apply, and that you can reply STOP at any time, and we send it only after you say yes on that call. We do not text you for any other reason.
What we send
The link or information you asked for on that call, such as an event or ticket link, or a confirmation about a lost and found item you reported.
Message frequency
Message frequency depends on how often you ask. If you never ask for a text on a call, you never receive one.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Buffalo RiverWorks does not charge you for these messages; your mobile carrier may.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message and we stop. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (716) 342-2292.
Consent is not a condition of purchase
Agreeing to receive a text is not a condition of buying a ticket, entering the venue, or receiving any service from Buffalo RiverWorks. You give consent to Buffalo RiverWorks directly, on the call, and we do not obtain it from anyone else.
Staff messages
Buffalo RiverWorks also sends a daily internal operations text to employees who have given written opt-in. Consent is not a condition of employment, and the same rates, frequency and STOP and HELP terms apply.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
