Labor & Local Crew
Labor must be advanced no later than two (2) weeks prior to DOS

- Stage hands 5-hour minimum for load-in, 4-hour minimum for load-out. All-day hands may be arranged in advance. They may act as loaders.
- Riggers may be arranged in advance. 5-hour minimum for load-in, 4-hour minimum for load-out.
- Forklift operator must be arranged in advance. 5-hour minimum for load-in, 4-hour minimum for load-out. May also serve as a stagehand for an additional labor fee.
- Spotlight operators spotlights are not available in house. Units may be sourced through preferred local vendors upon advance at the artist/promoter’s expense.
- Runners can be arranged per advance. Cars for passengers can be arranged per advance for a fee.

Load-In & Parking
All production vehicles · 359 Ganson St
Dock to stage. 150′ push from the dock to the stage.
Alternate load-in. Entrance by the main entrance with a 50′ push to the stage. A ramp or forklift is required.
Parking is subject to change based on the specific needs of each event.

Venue Quick Notes
Security
Security meetings preferred one hour prior to doors. Advance details and requests with Jam Nicolas.
Internet
WiFi is venue-wide, 100 Mbps shared throughout the building network. The password is posted throughout backstage areas. Wired network available in the backstage dressing room.
Barricade
In house. Guardian blow-thru spanning the front of the downstage edge and the audience side of the FOH tech area.
Catering
In-house catering available upon advance.
Showers
5 available. Dressing rooms are in separate areas. Advance with Marc for more information.
Laundry
Not available on site. Closest wash & fold: Porter Ave Coin Laundry, 163 Lakeview Ave, Buffalo NY 14201. Open 24 hours.
Cash needs
Any cash requests from settlements need a minimum 14 business days advance notice.
Forklift
No forklift in house. A day rental is required and must be arranged in advance.
Scissor lift (Genie)
One standard scissor lift is available in house for use.
Merchandise
Artists or venue may sell. Advance merch sales and shipping with Jam Nicolas. Well-lit area in the showroom, stage left.
